Private balcony overlooks the ocean. Large living room and
dining room, four bedrooms, and three baths, chairs and tables
on balcony for your use. No Smoking (in condo) No Pets are
allowed. 3 pools on the property. Main pool has pool bar. Life guard on duty for beach and pool, and security guards at main gate and on property. Condo Management office on property. Grocery store on property.
Side trips can be taken to Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Xcaret, Tulum, Akumal, and Chich'en itz'a. Buses will take you anywhere in the city for 50 cents. Buses come by ever few minutes on Kukulcan Blvd. at the largest mall in Cancun, right in front of Villas Marlin, a five minute walk takes you to Cancun's newest beautiful Venetian style mall.(mger. will book trips for you).
