Hi Aileen- I watched the video and I love the new upholstery and curtains in the living room.
Seeing the pictures sure brings back alot of memories. We have traveled a lot as a family but this was our favorite place. Our oldest son was not with us when we were there. He is a diver and has always wanted to go to Akumal. We were all planning on going together this winter but he is now unable to get the time off. Consequently we will have to plan for next year.
I will sure be in touch. Those views over Half Moon Bay from your balcony were wonderful.

Aileen, Thank you again for the condo, everything was excellent, we really enjoyed everything about it, it was really clean and neat and organized. It felt like we were living at home so it was really fun for the kids and
stuff. but ya everything is just how we got it, cancun is a really beautiful place especially when you have a condo like yours where you wake up to the blue beach. well we will definitely contact you again if we want to go out
there ok. thank you very much for everything
The 4 bedrm 3 bath worked real well for us also .

We just returned home after two wonderful weeks with our daughter, son in law and 2 small grandchildren. The Condo was wonderful. Everyone had their own space with a T.V. in two of the bedrooms. We were at the pool daily and made many castles at the beach. The staff was wonderful and our daily maid Marlaina (sp?) was like part of the family. We will definitely be renting from you again. Thanks sincerely.

Aileen,
Thank you for making our vacation in Cancun so easy. The condo was perfect for all 5 of us. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable.
The grounds of Villas Marlin are beautiful. The pool was just what we were looking for...so private and never too crowded. The ocean was gorgeous and right outside the condo. The staff was helpful in every way. We highly recommend a stay to anyone. Thank you so much. :-)

Thank you Aileen for a fabulous stay at La Sirena. We absolutely loved the condo, location, and views. The snorkeling was great right in front of the condo and the staff was very generous. We look forward to visiting again next year.

We spent a very peaceful week in Akumal at La Sarena. The view is fantastic and from a hammock on the balcony, it can't be beat!!! The snorkeling in the bay right at the condo is amazing! The condo is very large and well equipped and the staff friendly! Thanks Aileen!!

The Condo was perfect. There were 8 of us and there was plenty of room so that we were not on top of each other. We used the pool and the tennis courts as well as the beach. Perfect location close to everything. The view from the veranda is stupendous!!! We loved our trips to Chichen Itza and Tulum-- a total change from the glitz of the hotel zone.
Staff were pleasant and efficient. We totally recommend Villas Marlin :-) :D :p ;-)

yes we had a great time. In condo 409 your 4 bedrm. and everyone loved the condo and it's location. i also found the staff at villas marlin to be very helpful and we would definitely stay there again. we were really excited also because we got to see some turtles lay their eggs!!! thank you again,
